1. Cookies (so-called “cookies”) constitute IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the end device of the Service User and are intended for the use of the Service’s websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the time they are stored on the end device, and a unique number.
2. The Service does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookies.
3. The entity placing cookies on the end device of the Service User and accessing them is the Service operator.
4. Cookies are used for the purpose of:
a) adapting the content of the Service’s websites to the User’s preferences and optimising the use of the websites; in particular, these files make it possible to recognise the Service User’s device and appropriately display the website, tailored to their individual needs;
b) creating statistics that help to understand how Service Users use the websites, which enables improvements to their structure and content;
c) maintaining the Service User’s session (after logging in), thanks to which the User does not have to re-enter their login and password on each subpage of the Service.
5. Within the Service, two basic types of cookies are used: “session cookies” (session cookies) – temporary files that are stored on the User’s end device until they log out, leave the website or close the software (internet browser), and “persistent cookies” (persistent cookies) – files that are stored on the User’s end device for the period specified in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted by the User.
6. The following types of cookies are used within the Service:
a) “Google Analytics” cookies – website statistics,
b) “advertising” cookies, enabling the delivery of advertising content to Users that is more tailored to their interests,
c) cookies used to indicate acceptance of the cookie policy.
7. In many cases, software used for browsing websites (internet browser) by default allows cookies to be stored on the User’s end device. Service Users may change their cookie settings at any time. These settings may be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the internet browser settings or to inform about each instance of cookies being placed on the Service User’s device. Detailed information on the possibilities and methods of handling cookies is available in the software (internet browser) settings.
8. The Service operator informs that restrictions on the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Service’s websites.
9. Cookies placed on the Service User’s end device and used may also be used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the Service operator.
